Coaching

Jason Soria of Team Imagine Sports (www.teamimaginesports.com) is the official in-house coach of Spring Valley Spine and SportsCare.  Coach Soria is a USA Triathlon certified coach and a certified Personal Trainer.  He enjoys working with all levels of athletes from beginner athletes to elite athletes.  All attention is individualized.  Private and /  or group training is available.  Personally Jason is an accomplished triathlete and runner.  He has a multi-Ironman finisher.  

Coaching Services offered at Spring Valley Spine and SportsCare:

Coach Soria enjoys working with self-motivated athletes preparing for marathons, running races, cross-country meets, cycling races and triathlons.  Coach Soria has been working with athletes as a coach / certified personal trainer since 2002.  Originally, people who were aware of his athleticism and creative approach to training requested hi assistance.  Now athletes see his name and the names of his athletes at the top of Age Group Divisions every weekend.  This reputation has helped him create one of the most competitive teams in North Texas.  His athletes are well known for their speed, good sportsmanship and mental toughness. 

Coach Soria works with athletes on an individual basis and also holds group workouts.  He believes creating individual training plans are essential to creating and fostering champions.  This has proven a successful strategy a successful strategy as he has coached multiple marathon and Ironman Triathlon finishers, including Age Group Division champions and Ironman Triathlon World Championship qualifiers / finishers.

White Package

For Beginner Triathlete (Online coaching is available)

Imagine a smooth transition into becoming a triathlete with a progressive build up in fitness level. The white package is your beginning to achieving your goals. This is recommended for beginner triathlete.

  • Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided
  • Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
  • Race strategy, pre-race discussion, and post-race discussion
  • Discuss race and training nutrition
  • Weekly group runs
  • Group rides schedule permitting
  • Clients must request additional Services

Cost

  • Initiation Fee $40, or $55 (with Dri-Fit t-shirt)
  • $150 per month*
  • Three-month commitment, first and last month paid up front*
  • Half Iron and Ironman programs are NOT included in this package



Red Package

For Olympic and Sprint Triathlons (Online coaching is available)

Imagine an opportunity to move forward in your fitness goals. The red package is a step-by-step experience focused on helping you obtain your triathlon goals.

  • Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided
  • Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
  • Race strategy, pre race discussion, and post race discussion
  • Discuss race and training nutrition
  • Initial determination of bike and run training zones only
  • Weekly group runs schedule permitting
  • Group rides schedule permitting
  • Clients must request additional Services

Cost

  • Initiation Fee $40, or $55 (+ Dri-Fit t-shirt)
  • $200 per month*
  • Three-month commitment, first and last month paid up-front*

 

Black Package

For Ironman and Half Ironman Triathlons (Online coaching is also available)

Imagine an experience that will take you to the next level. The BLACK PACKAGE is about taking you beyond your goals, and fulfilling your dreams with strategic gains in your fitness level.

  • Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided
  • Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
  • Determination of bike and run training zones periodically
  • Race strategy, pre race discussion, and post race discussion
  • Discuss race and training nutrition
  • Top priority response with services, emails, and phone calls
  • Unlimited schedule adjustments, emails, and phone calls
  • Weekly group runs schedule permitting
  • Group rides schedule permitting
  • Bike fittings as needed
  • Client must request additional services

Cost

  • Initiation Fee $40, or $55 (with Dri-Fit t-shirt)
  • $250 per month*
  • Six-month commitment, first and last month paid up-front*
