In three words, Brad is PROFESSIONAL, SKILLED, and KNOWLEDGABLE. Brad has been my massage therapist through two Ironman Triathlon seasons. His technique, ability adjust pressure accordingly, and knowlege is what kept me coming back to him. Brad's massage sped up my muscle recovery and helped prevent injury which allowed me to train consistently and led me to a winning season.

Brad has a gift. I'm a distance runner and I've tried lots of massage therapist over the years. I can tell you, Brad is a miracle worker. he has a talent for finding the problem spots. I may direct him to a sore area in my calf, but he'll find the knots in my back that are throwing off my stride. The fact that he's an elite athlet makes all the difference in the world. He knows what to look for, he knows the problem spots, and he knows how to take care of them.

For years I have been trying to reach a goal of mine to run a marathon. However, every time I would start training my goal would be halted by some type of injury. During this last year I began reading about the benefits of massage. I contacted Brad Bray because of his experience in working with athletes, as well as being an athlete himself, made me feel more confident in his ability to help me. I was able to accomplish my goal by running the December 2010 White Rock Marathon in less than 4 hours. I really appreciate all your help Brad and feel you were instrumental in helping me succeed.

I met Brad when he worked with my sister, one of his clients. Brad regularly helps her work knots out of her hamstrings and hip flexors. As my sister and I both compete in crew it wasn't too long before I was facing the same type of injuries. During my sessions with Brad he is always polite and conversationally engaging especially when he finds a knot. His knowledge of anatomy is quite impressive and because of this he makes me feel confident in my choice for a Sports Massage Therapist. Brad came highly recommended from my Coach and now I know why. I recently injured my shoulder and my hip flexor and so my Coach again recommended a "Brad Session". My sister and I have a bitter-sweet feeling when we are treated by Brad because is means an injury has occured, but we are excited about our treatments. Brad will always have a future working with us.

Before I met Brad I thought a muscle cramp was something more along the lines of a "charlie horse". I would have been wrong because apparently the reason fro the excruciating pain in my shoulder las October was due to a muscle cramp in my chest. I don't know how long my body had been functioning around that long term cramp, but I don know that without Brad my performance as a junior rower and athlete would have been inhibited.
